Canyon Coffee roasted, batch brewed, and freeze-dried single-origin coffee from Peru to produce this delicious coffee. Each Box contains six packets with a shelf life of over a year. Just add 8oz of water and enjoy!

The cup is deliciously sweet and round, with a smooth lime-like acidity. The broadest note picked up on hearkened to fuyu persimmons. When ripe, we love persimmons for their developed autumnal sweetness, which is almost honey-like. They seem to carry a trace of cinnamon.
